On her second birthday, we finally permitted ACI to watch television (specifically: The Teletubbies).This is as close to a television's eye view of her face I could get without blocking the screen.

Ahh, so the adventure with commercialism and corporate entertainment begins. Sure now it's Teletubbies and Sesame Street, but soon it'll be The Wiggles, Higglytown Heroes, and the list goes on and on. Goodluck! Apparently, the Brainy Baby and Baby Einstein videos are not sufficient and Neena has already developed channel and show preferences - Disney and The Wiggles. I try to get her to watch CNN Headline News with me but she won't have it.

She is probably the cutest baby in the history of western civilization! I have to apologize to you Marty for a comment I made, in sympathy and -I thought, with a spirit of humor- regarding the passing of your brother. I erred and here in this forum I seek atonement for my transgression. I was Black Jesus and my comment was thoughtless and crass. I apologize.
